We collect only what the website needs to work:

• Account details — your email address and password (held by our authentication provider; we never see your password) when you create an optional account
• Order details — your name, email, phone number and delivery address, together with the items ordered, so we can process payment, dispatch and support
• Inquiry details — your name, email, phone number, the products concerned and any comments you send with a quote request
• Chat assistant conversations — the messages you exchange with the shop assistant (see the dedicated section below)
• Basic usage analytics — aggregated page-view statistics that do not identify you and are not used for advertising

We use this information to process and deliver orders, respond to inquiries, send transactional emails (order and inquiry confirmations), provide customer support, and keep the website secure and working. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our servers — we store only the order id, payment id, amount and payment status. Razorpay's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Our shop assistant answers questions using this website's own catalogue and policies. To generate replies, your chat messages are processed by AI providers (Groq and Google) and are subject to their terms. Please don't share personal details in chat beyond what a question needs — for order status, the assistant asks for your order id and email only to verify the order is yours, and never reveals delivery addresses or phone numbers.

We keep a log of chat conversations to improve answer quality, with email addresses, phone numbers and payment references removed before anything is stored. If you rate an answer with a thumbs up or down, that rating is stored with the conversation.

We use only essential cookies: they keep you signed in to your account. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We rely on a small number of service providers, each processing only what their job requires:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and aggregated, cookie-free analytics
• Groq and Google — generating chat assistant replies

Some of these providers store data outside India. We choose providers with industry-standard security practices.

Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Inquiries and chat logs are kept for our operational records and quality review, and deleted when no longer needed. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

The website is served over HTTPS, database access is restricted with row-level security, and payment credentials never touch our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small business.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep).
