PAYMENT TERMS

For export orders, we work on 50% advance (when placing an order) and balance before goods exported.

ORDERS

There is no minimum quantity order for exports. At times we may increase quantity of some products (with your prior approval) to make freight charges economical.

SIZES

While ordering a product, please tell us the exact size, color, design and quantity. It is not necessary that the sizes mentioned on our site would be same always. When ordering saddles do mention the gullet (arch size) of the saddle. We can offer small, medium, large and extra large gullet size.

TAXES

On all domestic sales we charge Vat (12.5%). Shipping as applicable is extra. All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
